I work behind the scenes in businesses to make sure that people get the right training so they can do their jobs well...and so their bosses can sleep at night. In safety or mission-critical organisations, this is vital because it's about keeping people safe and the figurative or literal wheels turning.
I was extremely proud to launch Flagstone Training in late 2018; building on my industry training consultancy experience and, prior to that, an Education and Training Services (ETS) career in the British Army.
